Manufactured from heavy-duty 18-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel, this shelf is engineered to resist corrosion and handle the daily demands of a commercial kitchen. It features an extra center support to confidently hold fully loaded dish racks without compromising structural stability. A built-in drain point combined with the slanted profile promotes rapid water runoff to maintain a clean and dry workspace. Furthermore, the unit is designed with sanitary 1/8-inch radius inside corners, fully welded edges, and a rolled front edge for operator safety.
